Is your protein powder Non-GMO?
Yes, our protein powders are Non-GMO! Choosing Non-GMO protein ensures you’re getting a product made from clean, naturally sourced ingredients that align with a transparent and minimally processed approach to nutrition.
What is the serving size for your protein powder?
In both the chocolate and vanilla whey protein isolate powder, there are 25 grams of protein per serving. 1 serving is 1 scoop, and we recommend 8oz of liquid per scoop.

Can I mix the protein with water, milk, or smoothies?
Yes, our protein powders are great with water, milk, or to blend into your favorite smoothie! Add 1 scoop of protein to 8oz of your desired liquid and enjoy.
Are your protein powders safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
While our protein powders are made with high-quality ingredients and are generally well-tolerated, every pregnancy and postpartum journey is unique. Because nutritional needs can vary, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before adding any supplements during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. They’ll be able to give you the most personalized guidance based on your individual needs!

Where is the sodium coming from in the electrolytes?
We use Himalayan Pink Salt, which has over 80 trace minerals. Unlike regular table salt, it helps restore the body's natural electrolyte balance without overprocessed or bleached salt, a luxurious and functional way to replenish sodium lost through sweat.
What is the serving size for your electrolytes?
Our electrolytes come in ready-to-use stick packs, and one pack is 1 serving! In each larger bag, you will receive 30 individual servings, which is perfect for taking hydration on the go!
How do I use the MIOCOCO Electrolytes?
Add 1 stick pack to 12-16 oz. of water or drink of choice to increase hydration!
How are your electrolytes sweetened?
Our electrolytes are sweetened with monk fruit extract and/or a very high quality, organic stevia leaf extract. Not all stevias are created equal. Derived from the stevia plant, this natural sweetener provides clean, zero-calorie sweetness without blood sugar spikes.

What is the California Proposition 65 Warning and what does it mean for your products?
California’s Proposition 65 requires warnings on products that may expose consumers to certain chemicals, such as lead, above very strict limits. Small, naturally occurring trace amounts of lead are found in many everyday foods, like fruits & vegetables (strawberries for example), due to environmental sources such as soil and water. Because these substances occur naturally in the environment, even products with the cleanest labels and responsibly sourced ingredients may still be subject to the Proposition 65 warning requirements. We include this warning on our products out of an abundance of caution, and not because of elevated heavy metal levels. Our ingredients are responsibly sourced, rigorously tested, and fully compliant with FDA safety standards. We stand behind the safety, quality, and integrity of our products and are always happy to answer questions.
ORDERS
How can I track my order?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email once your package ships. The shipping email will include your tracking number and a link to view your order’s delivery status.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our streamlined and speedy packing and shipping process, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. However, if you notice an issue with your shipping address, please email us at support@miococo.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes, we will try and do our best to correct the address before it ships.
What is your return policy?
Due to food-safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked for health and safety reasons. This policy ensures that every customer receives items that meet our strict quality standards. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review all product details before purchasing. SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: Orders will ship within 1–3 business days Monday through Friday. You can expect to receive your item within 3-7 business days*.Expedited Shipping: If you opt for expedited shipping at checkout, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days*.
*Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. US orders over $150 ship free! Please note that shipping times may be affected by weather conditions or other outside factors that impact carrier services.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we’re not able to offer international shipping due to varying global food-safety regulations, customs requirements, and extended transit times. To ensure every order arrives in the condition we intend, we currently ship only within the United States. We’re exploring options that will allow us to safely and reliably expand our shipping areas in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!
