Shipping policy

At Mio Coco LLC, we are committed to delivering your protein and electrolyte products quickly and reliably. We currently ship only within the United States, and international shipping is not available at this time. All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. While some orders placed earlier in the day may ship the same day, same-day shipping is not guaranteed, as processing times depend on order volume and the time your order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship using major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that all delivery windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method, and occasional free-shipping promotions may apply.
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, delays caused by shipping carriers or weather, or packages lost due to incorrect address information. However, we are always happy to help you troubleshoot any shipping concerns or assist with carrier investigations when appropriate.
