At Mio Coco LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products you can trust. Because supplements are ingestible goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened products. This policy helps ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of our inventory for all customers.

No Returns or Exchanges.

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products, including:

  • Protein powders
  • Electrolyte mixes
  • Supplement bundles
  • Limited-edition flavors
  • Subscription orders


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following based on the situation:

  • A free replacement of the damaged item
  • A store credit
  • A refund (only if a replacement is unavailable)
