Protein Packed Vanilla Pancakes
Ingredients
- Olive oil spray
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 3 servings MIOCOCO Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter, slightly melted

Instructions
- Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil spray and heat over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, MIOCOCO Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted almond butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the batter onto the heated skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until both sides are golden.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or almond butter.
