Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup granulated stevia
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 serving MIOCOCO Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, granulated stevia, baking soda, salt, and MIOCOCO Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate.
- Add the applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten with your fingers.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
